Karisma Kapoor & husband in custody battle for kids

Karisma Kapoor’s troubled marriage has once again come under the spotlight, this time, however, it involves the custody battle for her kids.

Mid-Day reports that husband Sanjay Kapur is said to have filed a fresh petition at the Bandra Family Court for his nine-year old daughter Samaira’s custody.

Kapoor is rumoured to be dating a business entrepreneur Sandeep Toshniwal based in Mumbai after her failed marriage. It was also reported that the actress has filed for divorce.

Only a few days ago, the Bandra Family Court was used to file the divorce for Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Roshan.
