Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapur battle for custody?

Divorce often ends up most difficult where children are involved.�� It has been heard for quite some time now that things are not well between actress Karisma Kapoor and her husband Sanjay Kapur.�� Apparently he is already in a relationship with someone else and the latest news is that divorce proceedings may not go too smoothly as Sanjay Kapur has filed for custody of their children.

Confirming this news, a source told Mumbai Mirror that the actress�۪ husband has taken this step as he has not had any access to his children at all recently.

Rumours are also doing the rounds that the actress is miffed as there are strong rumours that Kapur is already in a relationship with Vikram Chatwal�۪s ex-wife, Priya.
