Kareena Kapoor Khan walks out of ‘Section 84’

Of late, Kareena Kapoor Khan has mentioned many times that she enjoys being a part of commercial blockbusters opposite successful male costars. ��However, the actress and her fans were looking forward to her role in Raj Kumar Gupta’s ‘Section 84’, where she was allegedly to play a schizophrenic. ��Unfortunately for fans of the actress, Kapoor Khan has now walked out of the project.

Confirming the latest news to��Mumbai Mirror, Gupta said, “Yes, it’s a mutual decision. Things didn’t work out as planned.”

The filmmaker is now looking for a replacement actress for the role.

It can be noted that this is not the first time Kapoor Khan is walking out of a role after being finalised. ��The actress was earlier confirmed for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’ (2013) but left the project, making way for Deepika Padukone who went on to bag much acclaim and many awards for her performance.

Kapoor Khan will next be seen in this week’s Eid release, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, opposite Salman Khan. ��After which, she has Abhishek Chaubey’s multi-starrer ‘Udta Punjab’.
