Kareena Kapoor Khan to star in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’?

Kareena Kapoor Khan may be in the running for a role in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, marking an on-screen reunion with Aamir Khan after seven years.

According to a source, Khan is very keen on casting Kapoor, “The chemistry between the characters must be effortless. Aamir wants Kareena to play the part. She is in London till August, shooting for ‘Angrezi Medium’. She will make a pit stop in Mumbai next month for her TV commitments. The final call on the casting will be taken then.”, Mid-Day reported.

‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is a remake of the classic Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’ (1994). Directed by Advait Chauhan, the film is aiming to release around Christmas, 2020.
