Kareena Kapoor Khan receives handwritten note from Big B

The Indian Film Industry is developing at a very fast pace. Producing films that focus on the issues of politics, religion, society, gender and other core subjects, it really takes great personalities to portray these things. Which is exactly what Amitabh Bachchan felt Kareena Kapoor Khan did in her recent film ‘Ki and Ka’ (2016).

According to��Filmfare, Bachchan was so impressed by Kapoor Khan’s performance that he sent her a hand written note with a bunch of flowers, to show her how much he really enjoyed watching her play her character.

‘Ki and Ka’ (2016) sees the actress play Arjun Kapoor’s wife. However, going against social norms, the film is about the couple dealing with their married life where the wife, is the career driven power women and the husband is the home making house-husband.

This isn’t the first time Bachchan has made such a gesture. Apparently the likes of Ranveer Singh and Ayushmann Khurrana for their performances in their perspective films.

With more big films coming out this year, it will be interesting to see who will receive the prestigious note next.
