Kareena Kapoor Khan has expressed she would consider doing a web series similar to ‘Sacred Games’ (2018) on Netflix, which stars her husband Saif Ali Khan as lead.
Reported on New Indian Express, Bebo said that if the content was as “wonderful” as the ‘Sacred Games’ (2018) she would consider doing one. “Well, if the content is as wonderful as ‘Sacred Games’, I’m quite sure I would. It’s put India on a global map. The kind of content and the characters Saif (Ali Khan) and Nawazuddin (Siddiqui) have played… It’s like a craze.”
Kapoor Khan further added how ‘Scared Games’ (2018) has given the ‘Rangoon’ (2017) actor great reviews and compliments for his performance. “I do not think Saif has got so many compliments for a film the way he has got for the series…. In India, to have such bold content has not been done before.”
The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ (2018) star’s latest project is for the Hindi version of Disney’s ‘Mowgli: Legend Of The Jungle’ by Andy Serkis, where she lends her voice for the character Kaa the hypnotic python, duet to release on Netflix on the 7th December. Having this opportunity has made Bebo think about doing a digital series. “As an actor I think I should do different things so that fans all over get to see me.”
