Kareena Kapoor Khan on response ‘Ki & Ka’ has received

Over the past couple of years, Kareena Kapoor Khan has mostly been essaying supporting roles. However, with her recent release, ‘Ki and Ka’, the actress returned to taking centre stage in a lead role opposite Arjun Kapoor.

When asked to comment on the response the film has received so far, Kapoor Khan, who believes the film has positively contributed to her career, told IANS, “A lot of the reviews didn’t back the film, but audiences backed the film and I think that’s most important. Actors should realise that the films are backed by your fans, the aam janta, and that’s more important.”

While R Balki’s latest venture may not have impressed all critics, Kapoor Khan’s performance has been widely accepted and appreciated.

The actress will next be seen in Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’, which also stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.
