Having kept a low on-screen profile for a while, audiences will soon be in for a treat when it comes to actress Kareena Kapoor Khan. With a huge line-up of her films yet to come, it looks like she’ll be making up for her recent absence.
Her first major release of 2016 will be the��Abhishek Chaubey directorial titled ‘Udta Punjab’, where the actress will be sharing the screen with Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh. However, before that is��Kabir Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijan’ on Eid, with the actress playing a role of a woman in an interfaith relationship opposite actor Salman Khan.
According to��PinkVilla, Kapoor Khan will also be involved in R Balki’s next untitled rom-com��venture. is has been revealed that Balki will be pairing her with Arjun Kapoor, where Amitabh Bachchan will also make a special appearance.
Some of Kapoor Khan’s most successful roles have been those where she plays a streetwalker, and it has been reported that she will soon be set to play another similar role in a film by Raj Kumar Gupta. Though not much else has been reported about this project, the actress has been said to be very excited for this film.
Despite audiences having to wait for these projects to make it to the theatre, Kapoor Khan will be present later this year, as she will be waltzing her best moves in an item number, in Karan Johar’s ‘Brothers’.
So it seems the actress’s fans have nothing to fear, and with such a huge line-up of venture’s in her pocket, the actress is showing no signs of stopping.
