It’s fair to say Kareena Kapoor Khan isn’t one to follow the crowd. So it’s no surprise that in a time where women are being seen in more lead characters, Kapoor has decided that she in fact doesn’t want to follow suit.

Mid-Dayreported the actress explaining, “Ihave done female-centric film. I did ‘Chameli’ (2003) at 22, then ‘Jab We Met’ (2007) and then ‘Heroine’ (2012). So, I would only do one if I really like the script and not just because everyone is doing it. That is not how I work.”

Having recently been seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Returns’ (2014) opposite Ajay Devgn, Kapoor Khan is set to star in ‘Gabbar’ opposite Akshay Kumar followed by a film also starring husband Saif Ali Khan titled ‘Happy Ending’. Wether she’s the main protagonist in a film or not, this glamorous actress sure know how to make her presence noticed.
