Kareena Kapoor Khan feels Saif made mistake doing ‘Humshakals’

They may both be actors however Kareena Kapoor Khan and husband Saif Ali Khan apparently never intefere with each other’s professional lives. So when Khan signed for Sajid Khan’s ‘Humshakals’ ��(2014), wife Kareena was just as unaware about the film as everyone else. Though with the film turning out to be not upto the mark, the actress understands that her husband wasn’t right in signing the film.

“Of course he made a mistake and he feels that, because people don’t like to see him in that space as he has given such wonderful performances in films like ‘Omkara’ (2006), ‘Parineeta’ (2005)��and others. He has done films that have been path breaking. Saif is one actor who has taken cinema ahead,” NDTV��reports Kapoor Khan stating.

She went onto add, “He is such a brilliant actor. So, may be some people thought they did not want to see him in this kind of genre. You can see another actor in this genre but not see someone like Saif. So in that sense he thought it was a mistake.”

With upcoming films like, ‘Happy Ending’, ‘Phantom’ and Mohit Suri’s untitled film, here’s hoping Khan’s future still remains bright. As for Mrs Khan, she will be next seen on the big screens opposite Ajay Devgn in Rohit Shetty’s ��’Singham Returns’.
