Kareena excited for ZEE Cine Awards performance

Kareena Kapoor Khan will be performing for the first time this award season at the upcoming ZEE Cine Awards. The actress hopes the audience enjoy the performance as much as she did.

Kapoor Khan told DNA, “This is the best phase of my life and it feels great to be back on the stage. ZEE Cine Awards is a celebration of the best of Indian Cinema and being a part of this show truly feels special. I am sure the viewers will enjoy the act as much as I did rehearsing and performing it.”

Apparently, Katrina Kaif was to perform earlier but opted out owing to an injury, which made space for Kapoor Khan to step in.

After giving birth to her son a few months ago, Kapoor Khan jumped straight back into working for endorsements and events; she will also be returning to the big screen soon and will next be seen in Rhea Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’.
