Small screen dapper Karan Singh Grover, who is all set to make his first appearance on 70mm, recently said that there is more money in television than films.

The actor, who is making his debut with a supernatural thriller ‘Alone’, told IANS, “In TV, you get more money compared to films. (What we earn from films) It’s like pocket money for us compared to what we earn on TV.”

Though the actor stressed that unlike films, television shows have no definite ending, but he hopes that after the emergence of mini-series and season-based shows this trend will change the scenario for TV.

Paired opposite Bipasha Basu, Singh Grover is hitting headlines for his growing proximity with the leggy lass.

‘Alone’ is all set to release on 16th January.
