Karan Johar responds to troll who questioned his sexuality

Karan Johar recently came out and announced his sexual orientation to the world through his biography.

An excerpt from Johar’s biography titled, ‘An Unsuitable Boy’ read; “Everybody knows what my sexual orientation is. I don’t need to scream it out. And if I need to spell it out, I won’t only because I live in a country where I could possibly be jailed for saying this. Which is why I Karan Johar will not say the three words that possibly everybody knows about me in any case. I’ve given hints.”

The majority of the public has lauded the director for his bravado and coming out in the open publicly whilst many have lashed out at him for his veiled coming out attempt, reports DNA India. Online trolls have themselves come out of their closets in order to try and add their thoughts to Johar’s confession. And while he has also spoken about the disgusting things that are written to him on the social networking sites for his sexuality, he has always maintained a dignified approach in treating the trolls. However this time Johar felt the need to respond and respond he did.

Now that this weight seems to have lifted off Johar’s shoulders he can go back to making great films and talk shows!
