Karan Johar puts all projects on hold to be with mother

We all know how much filmmaker Karan Johar loves his parents. So it will come as no surprise that he has placed all work on hold to be with his mother, Hirro, in New York as she recuperates from medical treatment.

Hiroo is believed to be there due to her chronic back pain and Karan had joined her on the trip. Now, it seems he is going to remain there until his mother is better. A source told Deccan Chronicle, ���It was the need of the hour and Karan had decided to take his mom to NY to make sure she gets the best treatment�۝.

Karan will be wrapping up all his projects once he�۪s back in Mumbai and Apporva Mehta, CEO at Dharma Productions, will be holding the fort until then.
