Kapil Sharma yet to pay for USA tour loss from 2015?

Kapil Sharma is making headlines this week for a contract breach dating back to 2015, where he was performing in a North American tour for Amit Jaitly’s Sai USA.
As according to TOI, Jaitly alleges that Sharma performed in five cities, instead of the six cities he was signed for and had promised to remunerate the loss.
Jaitly added, “He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court.” The case is still pending in a NY court.
Sharma is currently on a USA-Canada tour.
