Kapil Sharma to take pay-cut for TV show?

With rumours abuzz about the future of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, it seems the comedian, Kapil Sharma is set to accept a pay cut to keep his show on-air.

The show has been embroiled in controversy ever since Sharma and fellow comedian, Sunil Grover’s spat on a flight back to Mumbai. There’s been talk that the show could be replaced with Salman Khan’s ‘Dus Ka Dum’ in the next few months too.

A source told DNA India, “There is no other way Kapil can keep up with his show. The film offers he has in hand won’t get him the money he’s making from his comedy show. So he had to agree. It wasn’t a yes or no, it had to be yes.”
