Kanika Kapoor issues statement on her coronavirus diagnosis

Kanika Kapoor received much flak and there were many rumours surrounding her diagnosis of coronavirus last month. The singer has now released a statement to clarify what’s true.

Kapoor has said that wen she returned to India from the UK, she didn’t have any symptoms and was not advised to self-isolate. She therefore didn’t do so and he has also said that advise changed in the days after she had shifted to Lucknow to her parents’ place.

Kapoor was criticised for attending parties even though she had just returned from the UK.
