Kangna Ranaut to be paid Rs. 24 crore for Jayalalithaa biopic?

Kangna Ranaut will reportedly be paid Rs. 24 crore for a biopic based on the life of Jayalalithaa.

Confirming the news, producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri said hat the fee was completely justified without giving the exact remuneration.

Induri was cited in PinkVilla saying, “Kangana deserves every bit of remuneration she is getting, we are very happy to have her in our team, but the details can’t be disclosed it’s a matter between the talent and the producer no one else is authorised to talk about it.”

The project was announced on 25th February, to coincide with the 71st birth anniversary of the Tamil actor-politician. The Hindi version of the film will be called ‘Jaya’ and will release in Tamil and Telugu.
