Kangna Ranaut still a part of Hansal Mehta’s ‘Simran’
Kangna Ranaut is still a part of Hansal Mehta’s next film ‘Simran’ despite reports that she was having second thoughts.
According to Box Office India, Ranaut was unsure about ‘Simran’ after the failure of Mehta’s last film ‘Aligarh’.
However, Mehta took to Twitter to deny the story. He said:
An old publication from South with an online division is spreading false and malicious rumours about my next film. Do not believe them.

I usually refrain from refuting malicious nonsense and I will continue doing so. My legal team will now deal with the mischievous portal.

The report did seem bizarre as Ranaut described ‘Aligarh’ as was one of the best films she had seen in the past ten years. ‘Simran’ is about a bank robber. It is expected the film to go on the floors in April.
