Kangna Ranaut refused love scene with teenage co-star

She is currently preparing for the release of her forthcoming film ‘Rajjo’ but it has been revealed that Kangna Ranaut had refused to do a love scene with her co-star in the movie, who is only 17.

Audiences will see Ranaut playing a nautch girl, and is seen seducing her character’s customers. On finding out the age of her co-star, Paras Arora, she protested in doing these types of scenes, stating he was too young. Mid-Day reports a source close to the set stating, “Paras looked like a kid to Kangna. They were both very uncomfortable at the prospect of shooting love scenes. The actress conveyed her decision to the director. Paras is too young for the scenes. He’s a kid.”

When a source close to Ranaut was approached, they explained, “Kangna was against shooting intimate scenes with a young boy. After all, he is a minor. The unit members thought the film would be handed out an ��A�۪ certificate but the makers have done away with the scene altogether.”

It seems like filmmakers may be getting ahead of themselves with the x-rated subjects of their films. Luckily, they have people like Ranaut to keep them a bit grounded. Directed by Vishwas Patil, ‘Rajjo’ is set to hit the big screens on 15 November.
