Kangna Ranaut on the dangers of live-in relationships

Arguably Bollywood’s reigning queen, Kangna Ranaut has always been known to speak her mind. ��The actress has recently spoken about her take on live-in relationships and warns people about the dangers such relationships can pose.

In an interview with��Filmfare, Ranaut said, “People rush into live-in relationships, more so, if you’ve come from a small town and are enjoying the newly-acquired freedom. ��I’ve burnt my fingers. ��But you can’t move in with someone who has ulterior motives. ��I’d like to warn young girls out there… take your time to know the person. ��Discuss it with your parents. ��Just don’t move in with anyone unless you know the person, you know his past, his plans, his workplace… Your safety comes first.”

However, the actress is not entirely against the concept and went on to add, “It could also prove beneficial. ��Imran’s (Khan) experience with live-in relationships has been fruitful. He spent a lot of time with Avantika in the US and then they ended up getting married.”

Ranaut will next be seen in Nikhil Advani’s ‘Katti Batti’ opposite Imran Khan, which also happens to deal with live-in relationships. ��The film releases on 18th September.
