Kangna Ranaut on how boyfriends can make life miserable for an actress

Over the past decade, celebrities��in B-town have become a lot more open and honest in confessing to their relationship status. ��Kangna Ranaut, who is known to speak her mind, feels having a boyfriend can make life miserable for an actress and prefers to be single while in this profession.

In an interview with��Filmfare, Ranaut said, “An overprotective boyfriend can make life miserable. ��Being single is far better. ��You can do your own thing and you have no fear of offending anyone. ��You’re not answerable to anyone… rather than fear being clicked hugging someone. ��You spend the whole night fearing that the picture will appear tomorrow and you will have to explain yourself to your boyfriend.”

The actress does not hesitate in admitting that she has had her fair share of relationships but claims, “All of my relationships didn’t work because the men were unable to accept my ascent to this position.”

After a successful entry into Bollywood with ‘Gangster’ (2006) and ‘Woh Lamhe’ (2006), Ranaut’s career had an unfortunate dip for some years. ��However, the actress resurfaced and entered the top league with ‘Queen’ (2014) and ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ (2015).

She will next be seen in Nikhil Advani’s ‘Katti Batti’, which is slated for release on 18th September.
