Kangna Ranaut hits back after Aditya Pancholi files a defamation notice

Following the drama of Kangna Ranuat and Hrithik Roshan, Aditya Pancholi was next to receive the limelight, as their affair was once again dragged out into the open, saying Panchoi was violet towards her during their relationship, which something Pancholi denies.

Reported in SpotboyE, Pancholi and his wife Zarina Wahab have filed a defamation notice to Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Ranaut within a space of three days. However, the ‘Queen’ (2013) actress was not going to take this lying down and has fired back through her lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee.

“The defamation notice sent by the Advocate representing Mr. Aditya Pancholi and Ms. Zarina Wahab to my client Kangna Ranaut have been duly replied to. My client, who has been a victim of crime, has largely spoken about her personal experiences, which were already reported on various media platforms since the year 2007. Besides the laws of the land do not give any added advantage to any male person to silence any (victim) woman under  the threat of filing defamation proceedings against her,” said Siddiquee.

Pancholi has since hired two lawyers – Zameer Khan and Shreya Srivastava to start the legal proceedings.
