Kangna Ranaut has immense respect for Priyanka Chopra

There has been much news circulating recently of bad vibes between Priyanka Chopra and Kangna Ranaut. ��While Chopra had openly congratulated Ranaut on her National Award win, Ranaut was heard allegedly taunting her. ��However, Ranaut has now gone on record to say she has a lot of respect for��Chopra.

Absolute India quote Ranaut as saying, “Priyanka has always been kind to me.�� She called me from California to congratulate me when the awards were announced.�� She spoke to me at length.�� I don�۪t know what people say but my respect and love for her goes beyond everything.”

The actress went on to add that she feels great to have been competing with Chopra for the same award as Chopra is a great actress and ‘Mary Kom’ (2014) also deserved the success it received.

Ranaut is now a two-time National Award winner, having won it previously for ‘Fashion’ (2008) and now for ‘Queen’ (2014). ��She will next be seen on the big screen in the sequel to her 2011-hit, ‘Tanu Weds Manu’.
