Kangna Ranaut reportedly hiked her price for her films after ‘Queen’ and while she may have charged Rs. 11 crore for ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’, the actress was said to have charged just Rs. 3 crore for ‘Rangoon’.
According to SpotBoye, the actress was paid only Rs. 3 crore for the Vishal Bhardwaj historical drama. However, sources close to Ranaut claim she charged her market price for the film and ‘Simran’. Not because she wants more money but because she is clear that actresses must be paid on par with her male artists. The report adds that she is willing to drop films projects if she doesn’t get her market price.
Ranaut seems to know exactly what she wants!
