Kangna Ranaut back in ‘Mr Chaalu’?

Just over a week ago, BizAsia reportedly exclusively that Priyanka Chopra was unsure about being a part of ‘Mr Chaalu’ and that her dates were still being worked out. Now, it’s emerged that she might have to leave the project. It’s also being said that the original choice for the female lead, Kangna Ranaut, might be cast instead.

Reportedly, Excel Entertainment had almost finalised Chopra opposite Fawad Khan in the film. Chopra had revealed to BizAsia that she didn’t know what was happening with the project yet and that she hoped that it did work out. An official announcement is expected soon.

Chopra, in the meanwhile, is busy with her American show, ‘Quantico’, as well as ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Gangaajal 2’.
