Kangana Ranaut’s role doesn’t get boring in ‘Katti Batti’

Kangana Ranaut’s career is on a high and there doesn’t seem to be anything she can’t do. So with the trailer already out for her forthcoming film ‘Katti Batti’ there has been much speculation as to what her role in the film is exactly.

With news reporting rumours which include the actress playing a double role, a pregnant woman or even playing an NRI to name a few, Ranaut has now gone on record putting all these rumours to rest. “It’s not about pregnancy. I don’t play a double role, I don’t play a Punjabi girl, I don’t play an NRI, nor do I get bored in the film, so no such things. There is no genre to the movie. The beauty of the film is that it is very intriguing. Revealing too much right now will take away fun and we really don’t want to take that away,”��NDTV�� reported the actress stating.

Starrring opposite Imran Khan, ‘Katti Batti’ tell the story of the relationship between Ranaut and Khan. When asked about the film, the actress went onto add, “t is a love story, which might not end up like a love story! The way this film unfolds, it is non-linear, it is really hard to give you an idea of what’s it’s actually about, especially my character in the film.”

Directed by Nikhil Advani, ‘Katti Batti’ is set to hit the silver screen on 18 September.
