Kangana Ranaut to play Aamir Khan’s daughter in ‘Dangal’?

Kangana Ranaut has been appreciated in her protagonist’s role in Vikas Bahl’s ‘Queen’ (2014). Although the actress has some promising upcoming projects on the way, the latest buzz suggests that she’s also bagged ‘Dangal’ opposite Aamir Khan which will see her playing his daughter.

Khan has been training for the film of late which will see him essay the role of 55-year-old��Mahavir Singh Phogat, a wrestler who goes on to train his 21-year-old daughter to a historic win. Geeta Phogat became the first Indian female wrestler to win gold at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

Ranaut is a big admirer of Khan and apparently agreed to the film straight away when she was approached.

One hopes Ranaut’s name will be more officially associated to the film in the coming days.
