Kangana Ranaut hits back at Jaya Bachchan in fiery tweet

After staying quiet over the last few weeks, veteran actor and politician, Jaya Bachchan went all guns blazing in parliament today to defend the Indian film industry.

Bachchan, who is known to be rather vocal in parliament, also took an indirect swipe at Kangana Ranaut and BJP MP Ravi Kishan, who have openly spoken about the high use of drugs in the film industry.

Reacting to Bachchan, Ranaut hit back with a fiery tweet. She said, “Jaya ji would you say the same thing if in my place it was your daughter Shweta beaten, drugged and molested as a teenage, would you say the same thing if Abhieshek complained about bullying and harassment constantly and found hanging one day? Show compassion for us also ?”
