Kangana Ranaut calls Deepika Padukone, Taapsee Pannu & Anurag Kashyap “Filmy clowns”

The queen of controversy is back, this time Kangana Ranaut has hit out at Deepika Padukone, Taapsee Pannu and Anurag Kashyap calling them “Filmy clowns” for openly supporting the JNU and anti-CAA marches that took place across India between December 2019 – March 2020.

A Twitter user had shared a post with images of all three celebrities which also including Swara Bhaskar, said, “Remember this people were the main supporters of JNU protest and Anti CAA riots, along with Akhtars and many more C grade actors..”

Ranaut responded in favour of the tweet and said, “Now that it is proved that JNU students spread misinformation and lies about CAA, they have admitted that they participated in spreading hate, lies and terrorism. Will these filmy clowns apologise to this nation but who will compensate for the lives that are lost in Delhi riots?”.

Prior to this, Ranaut had also shared a video on a similar topic and said, “Bullydawood film industry ka ek aur bhanda phoot gaya, all those who supported JNU students and Shaheen Baag protests also helped instigate riots, these so called actors and actresses are no less than terrorists, India wake up and watch..”
