Kalki Koechlin outraged with ‘mentally unstable’ insult

Wherever there is a grand event, mishaps are bound to happen. So when Kalki Koechlin walked the ramp for fashion designer duo Riddhi and Siddhi Mapxencar, she wasn’t expecting a slight mistake to have such a huge effect.

Strutting as the showstopper for the designers, the actress walked on without the duo with her. ��On realising this, they quickly became angered with her and named Koechlin as ‘mentally unstable’. When this news reached the actress, she was more than outraged. Taking to social networking site Twitter, she stated, “After a 4hour wait in lehenga, jewellery make up they have the gall to call me mentally disturbed! Riddhi siddhi, dp designers, shame on you!”

She went onto add, “I did not walk away from the ramp. Organisers whisked me off and took me to a press area where I was doing interviews praising the designers.”

When the media approached the Mapxencars, they denied the claims, “We are shocked to see this accusation from her. We would never stoop down to talk about anyone this way. We were glad that Kalki��was sporting our garment on ramp as we think she is one of the best dressed style icon in Bollywood.”
