Kalki Koechlin: “If you are not a feminist, you are a bad human”

Kalki Koechlin has always been one to speak her mind. Recently, the actress opened up on feminism and stated that anyone who claims not to be one is in turn a bad human being.

DNA India quote Koechlin as saying, “I feel one should come up with a basic ABCD video on feminism. If you are not a feminist you are a bad human being. Being a feminist means asking for equality. But people take it the other way at times. It is looked down upon because it is seen as man-hating. But feminism is a really crazy idea that suggests men and women are equal.”

On the work front, the actress will soon be seen in Konkona Sen Sharma’s ‘A Death in the Gunj’, which is currently doings rounds at��various film festivals.
