‘Kaisi Yeh Yaarian’ to launch on Rishtey UK

The hugely popular youth Indian drama ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaarian’ will be launching on Rishtey UK on Monday, BizAsia can confirm.

The show, which airs on MTV India, is an adaptation of the Korean drama, ‘Boys Over Flowers’. It is about a successful music band Fab 5 at S.P.A.C.E academy and two new girls and how they tackle the situations that Fab 5 creates for them. The show is produced by BBC Worldwide Productions.

The show stars popular actors Niti Taylor, Parth Samthaan, Utkarsh Gupta, Ayaz Ahmed and Charlie Chauhan.

Recently, Rishtey UK has broadcast another hit MTV India show ‘Warrior High’, which has proved hugely successful in the UK ratings. ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaarian’ is expected to do the same, if not better.

‘Kaisi Yeh Yaarian’ will air weekdays at 21:00, starting on Monday 1st June. ‘Uttaran’ (re-run), which airs at 21:00 currently, will shift to 18:30 on the same day.
