Big names from the Indian film industry tend to turn to books to write about themselves in autobiography form. Filmmaker Karan Johar however, wants to do things differently Reports have it that he wants to make a book based on his profession; making films.

“I feel telling a story about making movies will be interesting, not the journey, but what happens behind-the-scenes, because the biggest part of making films is handling people and ego management,” NDTV reported Johar expressing.

He went onto add how he believes that there is more to know about what goes on in making a film. “I feel what happens behind-the-scenes would be a far more interesting read than what really happens on the sets. An insider telling the other side of the films will be really interesting,” the film maker said.

However, Johar revealed that he has a long way to go before he actually starts writing, as he went onto say, “I would love to write one but I am still very young to write something like that and I would like it to come out when I am long gone.”

In the meantime, Johar is busy preparing for his forthcoming projects including ‘Badtmeez Dil’, ‘Shuddhi’ and ‘Priceless’ to name a few.
