Kadar Khan adamant to bring quality back into industry
Being a part of the Indian film industry for over 40 years, actor-writer Kadar Khan has always vouched for good film making. With the development of the industry growing at such a rapid pace, the actor, unsurprisingly, feels that the Industry’s flaws are increasing. However, he is determined in making a change.
Being a writer, Khan has written dialogues for many of the films that have been produced throughout the years. It seems he will be using his writing as a way of creating quality films, as Zee News reported him stating, “I am writing a couple of scripts. I will try to bring quality back in the language used in films. I want to remake Shama (1981). It is in the scripting stage at the moment.”
The veteran went onto talk about howhe had been discriminated against, due to being unwell, as he went to say, I have been unwell, and people have refused to take me in their films.”
However, all is not lost for his acting career. Khan will soon be seen inFauzia Arshi۪s ‘Hogaya Dimaagh Ka Dahi’. Talking about this, Khan expressed, “When she (Fauzia) narrated the film۪s script to me, I found it exciting. Another reason I liked the project was the fact that Om Puri and Rajpal Yadav were in it.”
