Kabir Khan to make film based on student days

Those who have left their student days only to reminisce about all the good times will definitely relate to director Kabir Khan’s new project. After the��huge success of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ (2012), Khan is planning on basing a film located at Delhi University where he graduated.

“DU has a very campus feel to it ��� a fact that I want to highlight in the film. Also, students from every part of India come to study there. Since it�۪s a spacious and scenic campus, shooting there will be spectacular. There are so many beautiful locations to choose from,�۝ Hindustan Times��report the director saying. He plans to have the film revolve around people in��all of India coming together to study, work and live together.

Although Khan does not have a set story as of yet, he makes it pretty clear that this will definitely be a debut film for many, “I don�۪t want to cast a big actor. I want a fresh face ��� someone new, who people can easily relate to. In fact, I feel that the star of my film will be the DU campus! I also want the students who are studying in the university to be a part of my film. If I cast a big name, these youngsters might not be able to act comfortably.�۝

Khan sure seems like he holds this��campus very close to his heart. Already having proved himself a great filmmaker, here’s wishing him all the best with a fresh face in a fresh film.
