Kabir Khan denies protest in Karachi

Bollywood director Kabir Khan denied reports that he was heckled at the airport for making anti-Pakistan films.

According to Absolute India, Around 25 people protested outside the Karachi airport as they showed shoes to the Indian filmmaker. Pakistani citizens are in irk for tarnishing their country’s image in the Saif Ali Khan starrer film ‘Phantom’ (2015).

He took to Twitter to deny the news, “To media on both sides: 12 screaming lunatics with a mobile phone camera is not news. Please don’t give them the attention they want. Ignore.”

Khan has directed Bollywood films like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ (2012) and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015).
