The first trailer of Kabir Khan’s next, ‘Phantom’, starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif. was recently released and well received in India, though,it hasn’t been well received in Pakistan. 26/11 mastermind Hafeez Sayeed has filed a petition in Pakistan Court, petitioningthe release of’Phantom’ in the country.

According to Pinkvilla, the petition is still pending in thePakistan Courtand a decision will be taken on 13th Aug. On this, Kabir said, “The film hasn’t been banned yet in Pakistan. I haven’t received a legal notice yet. The censor board and the court will take the decision on it on August 13th, 2015.”

Saif alsoadded thathe isn’t surprised that the film is facing opposition, saying, “It is no surprise that the film is facing opposition there. It is no secret that certain people from politics or underworld who are against India reside in Pakistan. And everyone has the liberty to file anything they want. They have the freedom to do that. We are also banning many things in our country.”

‘Phantom’ is slated to release on 28th August.
