Jonas Khan joins ‘Hollyoaks’ as Misbah Maalik’s lover

Former ‘EastEnders’ actor, Jonas Khan has joined Channel 4 soap ‘Hollyoaks’ as the love interest of Misbah Maalik.

It is reported that Khan will play the role of Zain, a local imam.

Talking about joining the show, Khan told Digital Spy, “I’m very excited to be joining a progressive TV show such as Hollyoaks. A programme that always looks to push boundaries. Zain will look to bring some spirituality and guidance to the Maalik family and rest of the village.”

Khan will make his first appearance on ‘Hollyoaks’ this week.
