John-Sonakshi to recreate ‘Mr India’ song in ‘Force 2’?

John Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha will be sharing the screen for the first time in the forthcoming ‘Force 2’. It’s come to light that they will be recreating the famous song from 1987’s ‘Mr India’, Kaate Nahin Kat Te.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, “It’s one of the highlights of the film and has been under production for two months. The singers are yet to be finalised but the scratch has been recorded. It will have a contemporary romantic flavour but the essence will be retained, as also Sridevi’s blue chiffon sari and the setting”.

It will certainly be interesting to see Abraham and Sinha step into the shoes of Anil Kapoor and Sridevi.

‘Force 2’ is directed by Abhinay Deo and produced by Vipul Shah.
