John Abraham who was last in his production, ‘Madras Cafe’ (2013), will still have to wait some time to see his upcoming projects on the big screen. His big budget films, ‘Welcome Back’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3’ have been indefinitely delayed, for which Abraham’s keen production ventures will have are being put on the backburner.

According to the Deccan Chronicle, Abraham will be staying away from the limelight as��’Welcome Back’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3’ have been delayed. This has also put a damper on his production��ventures.��A source revealed, “From Ajay Devgn to Ranbir Kapoor, all actors have had to, at some point, deal with unexpected delays at work. On his part, John has honored his commitment by being present at the shoots, but at the end of the day, it’s a producer’s call to run with it. Right now, since he has no on-going project, he has decided to stay away from the limelight.”

Abraham has always expressed the desire of growing his production house, ‘John Abraham Entertainment’, for which he has reportedly met with Shoojit Sircar,��who directed��his��first production, ‘Vicky Donor’ (2012), and��Sajid Nadiadwala for a project that he will most likely produce. Although there will be no announcements on the same, until Abraham’s acting projects are cleared.

‘Welcome Back’ will see Abraham paired with Shruti Haasan, and he is also the newest addition to the Hera Pheri franchise, along with Abhishek Bachchan.
