John Abraham on not “capitalising” on someone’s name for a biopic

John Abraham is one actor whose films seem to be getting better in content as time has gone on. When asked whether he would like to make a biopic, his answer was interesting.

“I would want it to be on the life of a common man. I want to tell his story. Most of my films have been about unsung heroes like scientists and engineers, who are the true heroes of this nation. I wouldn’t capitalise on someone’s stardom and name to do a biopic,” said the actor, in an interview with Hindustan Times.

On whether a biopic should be made on his own life, Abraham added, “I am not worthy of it. At this point of time, I have got so much to do. Before someone possibly makes that mistake, I am happy living my life.”

Abraham was last seen on screen in ‘Satyamev Jayate’ (2018).
