‘Jersey’ makers partner Balaji Telefilms & Pen Marudhar for India theatrical rights

Shahid Kapoor’s next big release will be the Hindi remake of the hit Telugu film ‘Jersey’, which has been two years in the making. Recently it has been announced that the makers have partnered up with Balaji Telefilms and Pen Marudhar to ensure the film gets the theatrical release it deserves.

Reported on Box Office Worldwide, Aman Gill who is one of the producers shared that they are all excited and confident that this partnership will deliver the outcome they want, “After a long wait we are excited to be releasing our film Jersey in theatres and we feel there is no better partner then Balaji Telefilms & Pen Marudhar to achieve the best release for our film.”

As for Kapoor, she added, “A film like Jersey deserves a theatre viewing experience and it is exciting that we are able to bring forth this for the audience”.

Also commenting on the same, Dr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Marudhar shared, “The content of this film is worthy of big showcasing in theaters, and we are glad to have this opportunity to associate and release a great film.”

‘Jersey’ is slated to release at the end of this year on 31st December.
