Jaz Dhami’s brother Harvey Dhami “given six months to live”

Singer Jaz Dhami has posted a fundraising appeal for his brother Harvey, who has been given six months to live.

Harvey Dhami, who is renowned for his DJ roadshows, has been diagnosed with Glioblastoma – an incurable type of brain cancer.

Jaz Dhami has posted the following message on the fundraising page:

“I want to give my brother the best chance of exceeding the 6 month mark and to give him the opportunity to celebrate his sons 1st birthday, spend quality time with his wife and family and to be honest, and at 43 years old, be with us for as long as possible.

“There is an innovative new immunotherapy that Harvey can have, following his radiotherapy, with proven statistics and extended survival results – this treatment is recommended by doctors here but, unfortunately is not available in this country.

“I have set up this page to raise the funds required to get Harvey this treatment in Germany to prolong his life, to make memories and enjoy his new family. He deserves to get old, he deserves to raise his son and he deserves to be with his family.

“I never thought our family would be in this situation, and I’d never wish this on anyone. But, If I can give my brother any chance available to stay with us for as long as possible, I really need your help to achieve this.

“Please support where you can and please keep my brother in your prayers.”

BizAsiaLive.com wishes the Dhami family best wishes in Harvey’s recovery to best health.
