Jayasudha’s husband Nitin Kapoor allegedly commits suicide

It was reported earlier on today, that Telugu actress Jayasudha’s husband Nitin Kapoor had apparently committed suicide. Kapoor, 58, is said to have jumped off the sixth floor balcony at his sister’s residence where he was staying.

According to India.com, around 1.45pm on Tuesday 14th March, Kapoor broke the terrace door lock and jumped. Reports are still unconfirmed as to why Kapoor took his life so tragically, however it’s believed that he was suffering from depression for the past one and a half years and more recently last month he was getting psychiatric treatment. Apparently Kapoor had previously attempted to take his life due to financial issues he was facing.

Kapoor is survived by his two sons Nihar and Shreayan and was also Bollywood actor Jeetendra’s cousin. News of Kapoors’ demise has left his nearest and dearest in shock as it was so unexpected.
