Television actor Jay Bhanushali will be seen making his Bollywood debut with Hate Story 2۪. If rumours are to be believed, Bhanushali is unhappy with how the film has turned out and feels it focuses too much on his co-star, Surveen Chawla, which has even led the actor to give less time for promotions and act quite pricey at the inconvenience of the producers.
Jay, and his co-star Surveen Chawla, were supposed to do some media interactions over the weekend. But he arrived two hours late and told the marketing team that he cannot stay back as he has an important meeting to attend. The media then decided to boycott him, a source told Mid Day.
The film, which is a sequel to Hate Story۪ (2012), has been facing quite a bit of controversy. Apparently even Surveen Chawla had refused to give enough dates for marketing until she heard that Sunny Leone was on board for an item song. Chawla then upped her interest levels in marketing the film as she did not want it to be seen as a Sunny Leone venture.
Hate Story 2۪ is slated to release on 18th July 2014.
