Jacqueline Fernandez wants a meatier role

Jacqueline Fernandez has thus far been seen in glamorous roles. However, the actress is now looking to expand her resume and hoping to do films��which offer her meatier parts.

Fernandez told DNA India, ���With all kinds of movies being made today, I want to do something meatier. I loved ‘Neerja’ and found it very inspiring. Or even a ‘Bajirao Mastani’ where it would be challenging to express the trauma that Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone�۪s characters have to go through. I would love to act in period films. In fact, it would be a dream come true to do a grey role in a period film (laughs).”

Last seen in Remo D’Souza’s ‘A Flying Jatt’ (2916), the actress will soon begin shooting for Tarun Mansukhani’s next opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
