Jacqueline Fernandez signed for ‘Bangistan’ opposite Riteish-Pulkit

Excel Entertainment’s next titled ‘Bangistan’ has been confirmed to star Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat but now Jacqueline Fernandez has been finalised as female lead. The story will be a love triangle between the three and will see Fernandez play an NRI.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, “Jacqueline plays an NRI. It’s a character somewhere on the lines of Lisa Haydon’s in Queen, but with an entirely different personality”.

The film will see Fernandez reunite on screen with Deshmukh for the second time since she made her debut with him in 2009’s ‘Aladin’. The two were also seen in 2010’s ‘Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai’.

Former critic Karan Anshuman will be directing the film which will be shot in Krakow in Poland for many parts. Anshuman said, “I wanted to cast Jacqueline as her global experience gives her a great edge. She’s lived all over the world and that gives her good insight.”
