Jacqueline Fernandez joins Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Aankhen 2’?

Rumours about the casting of ‘Aankhen 2’ have been in the news for several months, if not years. Latest speculation is rife that Jacqueline Fernandez could be joining Amitabh Bachchan in the Anees Bazmee thriller.

A source told DNA India, “There are five primary roles in the film — four men and one woman. While Mr Bachchan leads the team, Paresh Rawal (another actor who was seen in the first movie) has been offered one of the roles. A-list actors have been approached for the remaining two male leads.”

The source added, “Anees is busy with the shoot of Pagalpanti in London but before leaving, he already spoke to Jacqueline Fernandez for the role. Jackie is keen on doing the film as she will be the only heroine in the project. Plus, it’s a power-packed role and they wanted a good-looking actress who was well versed with action, too. She’s verbally agreed to be a part of it. But the complete narration will happen once the filmmaker returns to Mumbai.”

Bazmee told the publication that the casting of the film was complete and an announcement would be made in due course.
