Jackie Shroff to join cast of ‘Thugs of Hindostan’?

Jackie Shroff has been approached join the ��Thugs of Hindostan�۪ cast to star alongside superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan.

Sources say, ���Besides the main star cast, the film will also have a strong supporting cast. He (Jackie) has been approached for the film. He has liked the role and given a positive feedback to the team. But he is yet to sign on the dotted line,” according to The Times of India.

The film, due for a Diwali 2018 release, would see Shroff in a pivotal role so securing his services would be seen as a major coup. Shroff and Bachchan earlier worked together in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s ‘Eklavya’ (2007), while the actor last teamed up with Khan on ‘Dhoom 3’ (2013), which was directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the director of ‘Thugs of Hindostan.�۪ Sources also say, ���If all goes as planned he (Jackie) will be seen in opening part of the film. Like how it was in ‘Dhoom 3.�۪”

History is also being made with ��Thugs of Hindostan�۪ in that this will be the first time in Bollywood�۪s illustrious history that Bachchan and Khan will be sharing screen space in a film.
